Is it safe to purchase from Tiny Tea Shop’s Online Store?

When you click the Buy Button, you’ll be taken into a secure ecommerce payment gateway that is maintained with the highest and most up-to-date security system. None of your personal information will be stored at Tiny Tea Shop and will be processed securely as it links with paypal or your relevant credit institution.

 

Are prices of teas only in Australian dollars?

At this stage, yes. If you’re outside Australia, Paypal will apply the relevant exchange rates to your purchases. 

 

How long does it take for my teas to be delivered?

Online orders will be packed and despatched as soon as possible. If you’re based in Australia, standard Australia post takes between 2-4 days for delivery. Overseas delivery can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks, depending on the country. 

 

What quantity is suitable for me?

50g of loose leaf allows for about 10-12 brews, as you’ll need about 1 tspn (5g) for a standard pot for one. After the first brew, you may add more hot water for a second brew, and allowing it to steep slightly longer. 

 

How long do the loose leaf teas keep?

Loose leaf teas stay fresh for up to 2-3 years if stored in an airtight container, away from direct sunlight and dampness. 

 

Can I exchange or get a refund if I’m not happy with my teas?

Purchases cannot be exchanged once dispensed and sold as they are food products. Refunds can only be granted if there’s a proven error in payment calculation, or proof of faulty products, or a product paid is discontinued. Refunds (if warranted) will be done through the original payment method i.e. paypal or credit card.
